任职要求: 1. Bachelor Degree or above and major in HRM or Business Admin.;
2. 8 years and above working experience and 3 years role of HR Manager;
3. Management and leadership sense;
4. Logical thinking and problem solving skills;
5. Strategic and planning skills;
6. Budgeting and controlling skills;
7. Communication and presentation;
8. Knowledge of TS16949 & ISO14000/OHSAS18000 and safety;
9. Labor Law and relevant employment and social security rules and regulations;
10. EHS rules and regulations.

 
   
职位职责: Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administrative activities and be part of the management team to provide leadership and strategic directions in developing and implementing HR functions covering staffing, employee relation, compensation and benefits, training and development, environment, safety and health and HR information system.

1. Identify, develop and implement progressive, effective HR policies and strategies in line with business operation;
2. Provide administrative supporting to the facility covering internal security, housekeeping, office/stationary supply, transportation,meal supply and paper works for expatriates;
 a) Provide professional advice and support in the whole gamut of HR functions;
 b) Develop and update job descriptions as necessary, develop and maintain Affirmative Action Plan;
 c) Maintain HRIS & OSHA records;
 d) Distribute benefits information as necessary, conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, co-ops, interns, and temporary personnel.
 e) Maintain all records for compliance with TS16949/ISO14000/OHSAS18000;
 f) Prepare headcount analysis reports for finance;
 g) Coordinate all training programs and recommend training to managers and associates.
 h) Participant in benefit and wage surveys, implement policies and procedures, and provide assistance to managers regarding promotions, pay increases, disciplinary actions and terminations.
3. Plan, organize and control all activities of the department and develop department goals, objectives, and systems.
4. Liaise with local government for HR and EHS related matters.
5. As the MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE of environment management system, report to management on the performance of the EMS and any need for improvement;
6. Any other tasks assigned by superior.
